Charlie by Matthew Zink offers a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact. Please note that for health and safety reasons, any swimwear returned without the protective strip will not be accepted.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are properly attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
